Hi, my name is Ana Julia 🇻🇪 🇵🇹 I started my career in a beer and malt beverage factory of Empresas Polar in Venezuela. In my first two years working, I was involved in the development of SOPs and technical documents. In 1993 I was selected as a total quality facilitator and a whole world opened for me. I started my path in continuous improvement and quality management and I have traveled it throughout my career. From my beginnings until 2021, I can divide my professional career into 5️⃣ large blocks: 1️⃣ implementation and improvement of QMS, 2️⃣ projects in various disciplines such as human resources, sales, logistics and distribution, providing the vision of quality in: human resources, implementation of SAP SD and QM and creation of business models, among others, 3️⃣ continuous improvement aimed at eliminating waste, 4️⃣ application of statistical tools, for example: statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE), for the improvement of manufacturing and service operations, in beer, carbonated soft drinks (Pepsi Cola), water and food industries, 5️⃣ management and execution of processes oriented to evaluate and improve core activities in beverage factories where I was able to use my skills in process auditing, workflow design, statistics and data analysis, among others. That performance was supported by: 🎓 knowledge such as a Six Sigma Black Belt program, diplomas in: quality and productivity and food safety and the quality management program that I carried out in Japan, where I enriched my vision on this topic with worth exchanges and wonderful people, 👍🏻 leadership, teamwork, and solid and trusting relationships building, 📜 professional certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ), Organizational Coach, Quality Manager (DGQ), Quality Engineer (ASQ) and Quality Auditor (EOQ), Each project, each initiative, brought contributions to the clients I served. I would like to highlight these: ⭐️ obtaining ISO 9002 certification for the beer factory, ⭐️ SPC implementation for 2️⃣ quality characteristics: net content and removal torque, achieving good results in waste reduction and use of spare parts, ⭐️ technical support in 4️⃣ SPC implementation projects in: a bottled water facility, two beer factories and a carbonated soft drink factory, ⭐️ training ➕6️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ people, ⭐️ motivation of colleagues to study and apply tools: DOE, SPC, MSA and ANOVA among others.
