Humans of Boardy | Ep. 3: Swish Goswami - #Formula1: From Passion to Podcast

I caught up with the incredible Swish Goswami this week … It’s rare to see someone in sports media transform their passion into something as influential and far-reaching as Swish has!

Swish and his best friends co-founded Track Limits, a Formula 1 podcast born from a love of motorsports. In just two years, they’ve traveled to 13 countries, secured interviews with top F1 drivers and engineers, and even broke news that went global.

What makes them unique? They interview their guests in person. In a world where we connect with people superficially through screens, I love the intimate nature of Track Limits.

Swish is moving to London in January, and is looking to connect with other entrepreneurs and F1 enthusiasts.

Humans of Boardy | Ep. 5: Aiden O’Reilly - From Cold Emails to Global Stages

I caught up with the ambitious Aiden O'Riely this week … It’s rare to meet someone so hungry and persistent, someone who has already navigated the global stage at such a young age.

Aiden’s journey started in Tokyo, Japan, where he was selected to represent the US at the G7 Junior Summit. He helped develop sustainability proposals after engaging with local officials and companies and even briefed Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. 

His story doesn’t stop there. Aiden’s tenacity opened even more doors: from meeting Swish Goswami at a conference and landing a marketing internship through sheer determination, to cold emailing his way to a summer on Wall Street with Scotiabank, and earning a visit to the NYSE.

Aiden’s story is just getting started, but is a testament to the power of persistence, ambition, and never being afraid to seize opportunities.

Humans of Boardy | Ep. 4: Emma Sayle - Equalizing the Power in Sex & Dating

I caught up with the incredible Emma Sayle this week … It’s not often you meet someone who has fearlessly challenged societal norms and built a global movement around female empowerment.

Emma founded Killing Kittens in 2005 with a bold mission: to equalize the playing field when it comes to sex and dating. Back then, the world of dating and sexuality was overwhelmingly built by men, for men, and often left women feeling judged and disempowered. Emma wanted to change that.

Fuelled by a sense of injustice and a rebellious spirit from childhood, Emma created a space where women could explore their sexuality safely, free from shame, and entirely in control. Over the years, Killing Kittens has evolved into a global movement, featuring both online and offline communities, with women leading the way in shaping their own experiences.

Now, Emma’s latest venture, the WeAreX (WAX app), has over 200,000 members and is redefining how people connect in social and dating communities.

Humans of Boardy | Ep. 1: Grace Smith, CHT - Hypnotherapist to the Stars and CEOs

Through this new series, I’ll be sharing the stories of the amazing people I've had the pleasure of speaking with.

For the first episode, we have the incredible Grace Smith, CHT … world-renowned hypnotherapist with clients ranging from PGA tour champion Cam Smith to Joanna Griffiths, who founded and sold Knix Wear for $320M.

Grace and her husband, Bernardo Feitosa, started Grace Hypnotherapy, the world’s leading hypnotherapy company, 13 years ago and have grown it into a global brand which includes a hypnotherapy school and an app with over 40,000 users.

They’re looking for a new CEO to help them take this company to the next level. This should be someone extremely high caliber who knows how to scale consumer businesses, but also has a deep passion for mental health and wellness.
