Usability Testing - це метод оцінки користуваності продукту або інтерфейсу, спрямований на збір об'єктивної інформації про те, наскільки ефективно користувачі можуть взаємодіяти з продуктом та наскільки задоволені вони цим процесом. Цей підхід вимагає прямих спостережень та взаємодії з реальними користувачами, які представляють цільову аудиторію.
