add emojis with :emoji_name:
get autocompletion for emoji names

keyboard & mouse support


skin tone support through the appearance settigns

added a script to generate a list of all emojis as emojis.json from muan/unicode-emoji-json and muan/emojilib

but: emojis that have two skin tones (e. g. love pairs) have the skin tones disabled


created new EmojiSuggestions component, styles and tests
created useEmojiSuggestions hook

delays loading emojis.json untill the user starts inputing an emoji
handles providing the data for EmojiSuggestions component
keyboard input: arrow up/down keys, enter, tab
moved MAX_NOTE_LENGTH from local constant to constant in constants/misc.ts
find emojis based on their slug and names

emojis matched in the slug are shown above the ones matched in the names
