From big media agencies to the exciting world of fintech, my journey as a Design Consultant has been about harnessing the power of design for business. With 14+ years of experience, I've transformed startups, and enterprises, elevating their design maturity and success. My story is about bridging gaps, creating user-centred designs, and turning visions into reality. ♢ ♢ ♢ ♢ ♢ ♢ ♢ ♢ ♢ ♢ Selected results and achievements: ☆ Shipped a B2B2C early wage access platform (a mobile app and two web apps) – from Discovery to Post-Launch Management. ☆ Brand Identity (brand's mission, vision, values, personality, target audience and visual language) for a fintech startup Openwage. Developed UI components to use across different products. Created and documented a Design System, which iterated and evolved to keep the system relevant and effective. ☆ Website design for Openwage with five variants of landing pages for lead generation, service explanation and targeted marketing. Monthly unique traffic: 12.5K. ☆ Conducted product audits for a weather app, a P2P lending platform, and a media website. ☆ Leadership: built a design team at a startup (permanent, contract and internship).
